ABC has given up and canceled Show Me The Money (yay) and Day Break (boo) effective immediately. The remaining seven episodes of Day Break will be available for viewing on ABC.com. That really helps me, who can't view online video correctly. :/ And they also mention that Six Degrees hasn't officially been canceled yet. Pleeease bring it back. :( Meanwhile, yay @ doubling up on new episodes of Big Day starting tomorrow (Tuesday)..
IGN has revealed that the Final Fantasy VII: Last Order anime will be included on the US DVD release of Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children Limited Edition Collector's Set on February 6th 2007. Damnit. Now I might actually have to buy it. *shakes fist @ Sony for not including it on the first DVD release* And I don't want all these non-disc extras like some postcards and a script that are only included to drive up the price. >:(
Warner Home Video will release the straight-to-DVD film The Dukes Of Hazzard: The Beginning on March 20th 2007. The prequel to the film starring Jessica Simpson, which only holds one cast member from the original (Willie Nelson), will be available in both R-rated and Unrated editions.. *rolls eyes*
I stayed up online until nearly 1:30AM before finally heading off to sleep.. I awoke in time for some of the usual morning TV, but then fell asleep again for a while. I watched Weird Al TV (lol, especially at the interviews), then my dad arrived home from dialysis. We had a late breakfast and watched Passions (yay, Ms Fairweather.. for most likely the last time.. :( ). Then I still didn't feel like watching a Christmas movie DVD. Just not in the mood.. er, spirit. *sigh*
Instead, we watched some daytime talk show crap (I'm surprised that Dr Phil's wife doesn't put a leash on him when they walk out at the end of the show). I finally gave up and got online a bit early to news-gather. I finished that up, then read a little more of the Gantz manga (finally). I finished up a little after 8PM and watched the finale of The Lost Room (awesome.. please make a regular series.. that doesn't suck.. but first a DVD.. that also doesn't suck) and CSI NY (pretty damn good one this.. er, last week). And that was about it..

I'm royally pissed that they're canning Day Break. It's like they don't even give shows a chance to develop these days. I will miss Taye Diggs weekly :(
And I will miss Moon Bloodgood weekly (Taye's character's girlfriend). :( | |
