This is a deleted scene that was posted by Amit Bhaumik (PR fan and former story editor) on the Power Rangers newsgroup a while back. It is from the Power Rangers Wild Force episode "Team Carnival", explaining how they got the Jungle Blaster in that episode...

Actually the problem lies in editing. There was a scene on the
Animarium that explained where they came from, but unfortunately it
had to be cut due to time constraints.

But, here it is, as it was written.

EXT. TEMPLE RUINS - DAY
Danny, sporting an apron, kneels beside his flower bed watering his flowers. Alyssa is in the background showing her TEXTBOOK to Cole.

DING DONG - a doorbell rings.

Everyone looks around confused, Cole jumps in alarm. Danny and Alyssa exchange glances, shrugging. Another DING DONG is heard. Confused, Danny gets up and walks over to the door. He pulls on a knob and the door slides open revealing a MAILMAN (30s). In his hands he carries a LARGE BOX and a CLIPBOARD.

MAILMAN
Ah, here you go.

The mailman hands Danny the large box.

MAILMAN
Sign here.

Confused, Danny fumbles to sign for the package.

DANNY
(tongue-tied)
But-but we didn't order anything?

MAILMAN
(smiling)
Have a nice day.

The door slides shut and the mailman is gone.

Cole and Alyssa walk over to Danny looking at the box.

COLE
What just happened?

Alyssa looks at the address on the BOX. It reads "TO: POWER RANGERS WILD FORCE c/o PRINCESS SHAYLA. FROM: ANGEL GROVE."

ALYSSA
It looks like you got a package Cole from someone named...
(reading the box)
"Tommy" in Angel Grove?

COLE
Tommy? Who is Tommy?

CUT BACK TO AMUSEMENT PARK

I'm not sure if that perfectly spells out where the Jungle Blaster
came from, but it was meant to be somewhat cryptic/comical.
